Singapore's Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan announced the newest terminal at Changi Airport is set to open on October 31.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday (Sep 6), Mr Khaw said more than 100 trials, involving 2,500 airport staff and 1,500 volunteers, have been conducted at Terminal 4 since construction .......
