Looking to help Filipino travelers cut costs to get SIM cards or for roaming during trips, Philippine low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific is offering mobile hotspots available for rent.

The Cebu Pacific WiFi Kit is provided in partnership with Big Sky Nation, and the device will give travelers unlimited data and roaming with up to 4G/LTE speeds in over 100 countries. It can connect to up to 5 devices and can double as a power bank.

“Staying connected is now a must-have in every traveler’s journey. With this in mind, we have looked into how we may delight our passengers further and make more moments happen on their travels,” said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Distribution.

To rent a device out, the wifi kits are available for travelers on Cebu Pacific flights departing from Manila’s Ninoy Aquino Airport Terminal 3, and can be booked on the airline’s website. When booking online, travelers can book it when they purchase their tickets or on the manage trip option. The devices can be picked up near the boarding gates at NAIA Terminal 3 and can be returned at the terminal’s arrival hall.

The daily rental rate will depend on your destination, not including the refundable PHP4000 (USD $76) security deposit. For Cebu Pacific customers heading to destinations in Asia except Brunei and the United Arab Emirates, the rate is around PHP450 (USD $8.60). It will be PHP550 ($10.60) for customers traveling to Guam and Australia.
