With one of the most anticipated Airbus A350 debuts coming up in September, Japan Airlines (JAL) released new photos of what travelers can expect on the newest addition to its fleet.

The Airbus A350-900s – which will be used on domestic flights – has a configuration of 369 seats offering First, Business (Domestic), and Economy seating. The configuration are 2-2-2 for First, 2-4-2 for Business, and 3-3-3 in Economy.  All seats will have power outlets, personal entertainment screens, and USB ports, and passengers will have access to inflight Wi-Fi.

During an unveiling event at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport, JAL President commented: "We really listened to the opinions of our younger staff to prioritize seat comfort." He added: "I'd like many customers to get aboard this plane."



JAL currently has ordered 31 Airbus A350s – 18 A350-900s for domestic flights and 13 A350-1000s for international routes. The first flight that will use the new A350 will be between Tokyo-Haneda and Fukuoka on September 1.
