This month, Thai Airways is making its return to the skies with special one-way flights departing Bangkok to seven select cities in Asia and Europe.

According to a report from the Bangkok Post (September 8), the Bangkok-based carrier will mount flights to Munich, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Copenhagen, Taipei, and Hong Kong. Departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the routes will see 1-3 flights during the month for a total of 18.

The report listed the following flight details:

Munich (TG924) – September 11 (Today) 

Frankfurt (TG922) – September 18/30

London (TG916) – September 13/20/27

Paris (TG932) – September 17/29

Copenhagen (TG950) – September 13/27

Taipei (TG632) – September 18/25

Hong Kong (TG606) – September 16/23/30

The outbound flights are for foreigners in Thailand looking to return home, along with Thais traveling for school work abroad. The return flights will be for Thai nationals returning from abroad. Tickets will be sold one-way each direction.

All other flights by the airline remain suspended.
