Indian carrier Vistara is boosting its reach online with a partnership with Google for bookings on the global search engine.

With the integration of the New Distribution Capability (NDC) with its technology partner Amadeus, customers could book travel with Vistara on Google using its “Book on Google” feature.

“Customer centricity is one of our core values and it has been our constant endeavour to offer our customers the finest and most seamless experience - not just while flying with us, but across the customer journey. We are sure that this new ‘Book on Google’ feature will enable an even more hassle-free experience and bring greater convenience to our customers,” said Vistara's Chief Commercial Officer Vinod Kannan.

To book travel through the “Book on Google” feature, customers will need to log in to their Google accounts. Using the saved information the booking information is filled (including name, contact details, etc) and travelers can chose to use their saved payment options or add a new credit/debit card during the process.
