Travel between the two countries was suspended since March amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The airline's service between the two cities is expected to provide convenient & valued choices for passengers returning home during the travel restricted period.

The airline has also advised travelers bound from Ho Chi Minh to Bangkok will be provided with the travel instructions including required documents and quarantine conditions set by Thai authorities during the booking process online.

Travelers on the return leg back to Ho Chi Minh City will be required to prepare and complete the necessary documents prior to departure before taking the standard quarantine upon arrival.
