Indian budget carrier SpiceJet is joining a global group of airlines participating in the IATA (International Air Transport Association) Air Travel Pass program.

In a statement from the airline, SpiceJet will start conducting trials with the digital health verification pass on flights from Mumbai to Male starting August 23.
