With the easing of travel restrictions in Philippine provinces, budget airline Cebu Pacific announced it will add more flights to six domestic destinations: Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and General Santos. The airline will also resume flights to Bangkok and Fukuoka on its international network in December.

In a statement, the airline will increase its services to the resort destination of Boracay from six (6) with nine (9) daily flights from Manila starting November 22. The airline also added that its Cebu-Boracay services will also be increased to six weekly flights by next month.

The airline will also increase its services from Manila to Bohol from 12 weekly flights to twice daily starting November 23.

By December, Cebu Pacific will increase its services on the Manila-Cebu route from six (6) to nine (9) daily flights, while flights to Cagayan de Oro will be increased from five (5) to six (6) daily flights.

During the month of December, its Manila-Davao flights will be increased from five (5) weekly to three (3) daily flights.

The airline is also now flying daily flights to General Santos.

“We continue to ramp up our domestic network to address rising travel demand and promote safe and responsible travel. This way we enable the public in rebuilding trust and travel confidence, at the same time pave the way towards economic recovery,” said Xander Lao, Chief Commercial Officer at Cebu Pacific.

“As more destinations open their borders and simplify travel requirements, we look forward to more LGUs to follow suit especially for fully vaccinated individuals. These developments are perfect for families who may want to travel this Christmas season and visit Philippine destinations,” added Lao.

Bangkok, Fukuoka

In addition to the expanded domestic services, Cebu Pacific will also resume services to two destinations on its international network: Bangkok and Fukuoka.

During the month of December, Cebu Pacific will resume flights to Fukuoka on December 7 with a once-weekly flight operating every Tuesday. Flights to Bangkok will start on December 11 with a once-weekly flight operating every Saturday.
