Singapore's Changi Airport will be reopening Terminal 4 (T4) in September and start departures in the southern wing of Terminal 2 (T2) in October as passenger traffic continues to recover.
According to the Changi Airport Group (CAG), T4 will be reopened first in September to handle both departure and arrival .......
