Qantas is launching a new connection between Melbourne and the Indonesian capital of Jakarta.

The Australia-based airline will launch thrice-weekly flights between Melbourne and Jakarta from April 16. Subject to regulatory approval, the airline will use its Airbus A330 aircraft on the route.
