Two months after the launch of its direct service between Delhi and Manila, Air India will increase its flights to the Philippine capital city along with Denpasar (Bali) and Kuala Lumpur in response to increased winter travel demand.
Currently operating five weekly flights between Delhi and Manila, Air India will increase its flights on the route going daily from December 11. Launched on October 1, Air India is the only airline operating flights between India and the Philippines.
From December 1, Air India will operate an additional three weekly flights between Delhi and Denpasar – going from the current seven weekly to ten-times weekly. With the additional flights, travelers will have options of two non-stop flights operating every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Already operating an additional three weekly flights between Delhi and Kuala Lumpur during the weekends, Air India will offer two direct flights to/from Kuala Lumpur every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Combined Air India operates ten weekly flights on the route.
According to Air India, the added flights to/from the three destinations in Southeast Asia will also enable customers to take convenient one-stop connections via Delhi to other destinations across its network.
