Air India has announced plans to increase flights to Phuket and return to Zurich.

From June 16, Air India will make its return to Zurich, Switzerland after a hiatus of more than 24 years. Between Delhi and Zurich, the airline will operate four weekly flights on the route using Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft with 256 seats.

The new Delhi-Zurich flights will add to the current services of Air India's Star Alliance partner carrier SWISS daily flights on the route.

More Flights to Phuket

To Phuket, Air India will operate an additional six weekly flights between Delhi to the popular Thai resort destination from June 1.

Currently served with a daily service, Air India will now offer a total of 13 flights weekly between Delhi and Phuket. 140-seat Airbus A320 aircraft will be used on the additional flights.

With the additional flights, Air India will offer 34 weekly flights to Thailand from Delhi and Mumbai.
