British Airways will upgrade its current seasonal service between London Gatwick to Bangkok to operate year round starting next summer. The airline will also boost its services to destinations in the Middle East.
As part of by the London, UK-based carrier's summer 2026 schedule updates, British Airways will operate three weekly flights during the summer between Gatwick and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi before further increasing the frequencies to six-times weekly during the winter season.
British Airways states it will offer nearly 60,000 additional seats for customers looking to visit Bangkok next year, and connections can be made to regional destinations such as Phuket and Phnom Penh through its codeshare partnership with Bangkok Airways.
Middle East Service Updates
British Airways will increase its flights between London Heathrow and Bahrain. Currently operating three-times weekly, the airline will offer daily flights on the route next summer.
To Saudi Arabia, British Airways will operate five weekly flights from Heathrow to Jeddah and 14-times weekly between Heathrow and Riyadh.
The airline will also operate 14-weekly flights between Heathrow and Doha.
