Cathay Pacific has announced it will resume flights to Seattle next summer.
From March 30, 2026, Cathay Pacific will operate five-weekly flights between Hong Kong and Seattle (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday). The airline will use its Airbus A350-900 aircraft on the route featuring fully-flat beds in Business Class, and seats in Premium Economy and Economy Class.
With the resumption of flights to Seattle, Cathay Pacific will offer flights to nine destinations in North America.
“We are excited to resume direct passenger flights to Seattle, reinforcing our goal to deepen business and cultural ties between Hong Kong and a dynamic tech hub in the United States,” said Cathay Chief Customer and Commercial Officer Lavinia Lau. “This route not only provides greater convenience for our customers, but also supports the growing demand for connectivity between Asia and North America, particularly among travelers from the Chinese Mainland and India.
Previously in April, Cathay Pacific launched flights to Dallas-Fort Worth. Currently operating four-times weekly, the airline will increase its flights on the route to daily from October 26.
During the summer of 2026, Cathay Pacific will operate more than 110 return flights weekly to Boston, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto and Vancouver.
