Ahead of the year-end holiday travel season, Cebu Pacific announced it will bring its widebody Airbus A330-900 (A330neo) aircraft on flights to three domestic destinations – Bohol, Iloilo, and Puerto Princesa.

From Manila, Cebu Pacific will operate seven weekly flights using the A330neo to Iloilo starting October 26. Four-times weekly flights to Puerto Princesa will begin November 2, followed by seven weekly flights to Bohol starting November 16.

“We’re excited to expand our A330neo operations to more Philippine destinations, as this allows us to offer more seats, lower fares, and an even more comfortable travel experience for our passengers,” Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial officer Xander Lao said in a statement.

“By increasing capacity to key domestic routes, we not only make travel more accessible but also help drive tourism and stimulate economic activity,” Lao added.

First introduced to its fleet in 2021, Cebu Pacific currently operates a fleet of 12 A330neos. The airline welcomed the latest A330neo to its fleet in July. Featuring 459 all-Economy seats, Cebu Pacific's configuration of the A330neo is the most dense in the world.

The Manila, Philippines-based budget airline deploys the widebody A330neo aircraft on flights from Manila to Australia (Sydney and Melbourne), Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan (Tokyo Narita, and Osaka Kansai). The airline has also deployed the aircraft on domestic routes from Manila to Cebu, Davao, and General Santos.
