Cebu Pacific has announced it will expand its network in the Middle East with the addition of Riyadh to its network next spring.

From March 1, 2026, Cebu Pacific will operate four weekly flights between Manila and Riyadh (Outbound: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday/Return: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).

According to the Philippine-based budget carrier, the new service will help Filipinos save up to 57% on roundtrip airfares compared to the other options. Philippine Airlines and SAUDIA each operate daily flights on the route. Meanwhile, SAUDIA also operates  flights from Jeddah to Manila.

“Our OFWs in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East make tremendous sacrifices to support their families and contribute to the Philippine economy. Launching our Manila–Riyadh service is one way we honor their hard work, making it easier and more affordable for them to fly home,” said Xander Lao, President and chief commercial officer, Cebu Pacific.

Riyadh will become Cebu Pacific's fourth long-haul destination, along with Dubai, and Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.
