China Southern will resume its seasonal service between Guangzhou, China and Perth, Australia this winter (Southern Summer).
In an announcement from Perth Airport, China Southern's seasonal Guangzhou-Perth flights will be operated between November 30 and March 2026. China Southern will operate three weekly flights on the route.
As it announced the seasonal route resumption, Perth Airport's Chief Commercial and Aviation Officer Kate Holsgrove said the airport operator is working to increase services on the route in the future.
“Currently the airline has advised that it will operate the three weekly services until March 2026, however we are working closely with the State Government to further develop our partnership with China Southern Airlines so we can increase the frequency over the coming years,” Holsgrove said.
Between Mainland China and Australia, China Southern operates flights to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
