The Taipei, Taiwan-based airline announced its upgraded inflight Wi-Fi services, with varying levels of access dependent on Infinity MileageLands membership level and cabin class starting this October.
Passengers in Business Class/Royal Laurel/Premium Laurel – including those without a Infinity MileageLands membership - will be able to enjoy unlimited web browsing. All passengers except those without membership in Premium Economy will also have unlimited web browsing. Diamond/Gold Card members in Economy will have unlimited browsing, while Silver and Green Card members will have unlimited text on supported apps such as LINE and WhatsApp.

EVA Air advised passengers to input their Infinity MileageLands membership number when booking their flight to enable to system to determine their eligible inflight Wi-Fi service. The unlimited web browsing does not support video streaming, voice calls, VPN connections, and video conferencing.
The airline will roll-out its upgraded Wi-Fi with a promotion during the summer. All passengers on its Wi-Fi enabled aircraft – which includes its Boeing 777-300ER, 787 Dreamliners, and Airbus A330-300 - will be able to enjoy unlimited web browsing between July and September.
While not equipped to provide inflight internet, EVA Air is also rolling out its new wireless in-flight entertainment system onboard its Airbus A321-200 aircraft to stream content on mobile devices and tablets. The airline reports the system will be available on all its A321s by early 2026.
The updated inflight Wi-Fi services will replace the current packages to access the internet onboard which is sold by EVA Air's supplier Panasonic Avionics onboard the 787s, 777s, and A330s. Data plans range in cost from NT $0 (USD $0) to NT $1207 (~ USD $39.95).
