Greater Bay Airlines to operate seasonal flights to Kuala Lumpur during upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year

Greater Bay Airlines will add another seasonal service during the upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year travel season, with the Hong Kong-based carrier planning to operate flights to Kuala Lumpur during the month of February.



Greater Bay Airlines will add another seasonal service during the upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year travel season, with the Hong Kong-based carrier planning to operate flights to Kuala Lumpur during the month of February.


Between February 13 and 24, Greater Bay Airlines plans to operate a total of 12 roundtrip flights (once per day) connecting Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur during the period. 


According to Greater Bay Airlines, the outbound flight – HB458 – will depart in the evening and arrive after midnight at Kuala Lumpur the following morning. The return flight – HB459 – will then depart and arrive back at Hong Kong in the same morning. 


Kuala Lumpur will be the second seasonal service Greater Bay Airlines plans to operate during the Lunar New Year holiday. The airline also plans to operate seasonal flights to the Maldives during the same time period. 

 

Since it started operations in 2022, Greater Bay Airlines has expanded its network to include other cities in Asia including Bangkok, Taipei, Tokyo, Osaka, Sendai, Sapporo, Manila, Phu Quoc, Zhoushan, Huangshan, Yichang, Guilin, Zhangjiajie, Quanzhou, Xuzhou, Datong and Enshi.
