IndiGo is expanding its services to London Heathrow Airport with the addition of a new route from Delhi.
From February 2, 2026, IndiGo will operate five weekly flights (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) between Delhi and Heathrow. Using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft wet/damp leased from Norse Atlantic Airways, outbound flight will depart as 6E0003 at 0940H and arrive at Heathrow at 1455H. The return flight – 6E0004 – will depart Heathrow at 1715H before arriving back at Delhi at 0815H the following morning.
The new Delhi-Heathrow route will complement IndiGo's current daily flights to Heathrow from Mumbai. Combined, IndiGo will operate a total of 12 weekly flights to London.
In a statement, Pieter Elbers, Chief Executive Officer, IndiGo said: “We are pleased to introduce direct flights between Delhi and London, offering more travel options between India and the United Kingdom. This follows the recent launch of our direct flights from Mumbai to London, and service from Delhi and Mumbai to Manchester. This new service is expected to support the growing demand for travel between the two cities for commerce, tourism, and visiting family and friends.”
Along with the Delhi-Heathrow route, IndiGo continues its expansion of its international route network from the capital city of India. The airline has launched flights from Delhi to Denpasar (Bali), Krabi, Hanoi, Guangzhou, and Manchester. IndiGo will also launch flights to Athens starting January 2026.
From India, IndiGo operates flights to four European cities: London and Manchester in the UK, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen.
