Korean Air to introduce newly retrofitted 777-300ERs with new Premium Class on flights to Singapore

Korean Air has announced Singapore will be the first destination to see the deployment of its newly retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER featuring the airline's new Premium Class (Premium Economy) product.


In an advisory on its website, Korean Air stated the retrofitted 777-300ERs will be used on its Seoul Incheon-Singapore flights operating as KE643/KE644 starting September 17.


The retrofitted aircraft will be used on the flights six-times weekly before further increased to seven-times weekly from February 1, 2026.


Korean Air's retrofitted 777-300ER aircraft features three cabin classes, including the newest “Prestige Suites 2.0” (Business) in a 1-2-1 configuration, and the 40 new Premium Class seats in a 2-4-2 configuration. 

Following Singapore, other routes to see the retrofitted aircraft are scheduled to be introduced gradually.
