Amid the ongoing situation in the Middle East, Norse Atlantic Airways announced it will add two additional roundtrip flights between London Gatwick and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi.

In a statement, Norse Atlantic announced it will operate the additional outbound flights from Gatwick to Suvarnabhumi (Z0793) on March 9 and 11. The return flight (Z0794) will be operated on March 10 and 12.

The airline currently operates four weekly flights on the Gatwick-Suvarnabhumi route.

Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft will be used on the additional flights.

Norse Atlantic stated that recent developments affecting airspace in parts of the Middle East have led to changes in global flight operations and increased demand on alternative routings between continents.
