Philippine Airlines will deploy its new Airbus A350-1000 aircraft to Cebu and Davao for one day each next month (March 2025).
In a post on Philippine Airlines' Instagram page, the Manila-based airline announced the one-off A350-1000 flights between Manila and Davao (PR1805/PR1806) on March 5. The next week on March 12, the aircraft will be used between Manila and Cebu (PR1849/PR1850).
Onboard, Philippine Airlines' A350-1000 features a tri-class configuration with 382 seats - 42 private suites in Business, 24 Premium Economy, and 316 in Economy.
Since taking delivery of the first A350-1000 in late December, Philippine Airlines has deployed the widebody aircraft on flights to Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The airline has also already used the A350-1000 on long-haul flights between Manila and New York JFK.
Philippine Airlines has nine A350-1000s on order, with an additional purchase rights for three more. In addition to the -1000, the airline also operates 2 A350-900s. Five more A350-1000s are expected to be delivered to Philippine Airlines during the year 2026, followed by three more in 2027.
