“The safety and well-being of our passengers and crew remain our foremost priority. As Riyadh operations resume, PAL will temporarily operate via an alternate flight route to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained during this period.”
During the technical stop in Bangkok, passengers will remain onboard while the aircraft refuels before continuing to Riyadh.
Philippine Airlines' other two routes to the Middle East from Manila to both Dubai and Doha remain suspended until May 31.
