The Taiwan-based airline signed the agreement for the order for the additional 10 A350-1000s with Airbus during the Paris Airshow 2025.

The new order for the A350-1000s will add to STARLUX's orders for 30 of the widebody aircraft including A350F freighters for its cargo division STARLUX Cargo. STARLUX's fleet which currently comprises of 28 Airbus aircraft including 10 A350-900s, 5 A330-900 (A330neo), and 13 A321neo.
Airbus reports it has received more than 1390 orders for the A350 Family aircraft from 60 customers worldwide. 38 customers currently operate 650 A350s worldwide.
