From March 29, the A350-900 will be used on SWISS's thrice-weekly Zurich-Seoul flights where it currently using older A340 aircraft. According to SWISS, the flight will be shorter than the current 11 hour and 10 minute flight time thanks to the A350's powerful engines and its ability to fly at higher altitudes
SWISS's A350s features the airline's newer cabin products which is referred to as “SWISS Senses” featuring cabin lighting which helps minimize the impact of jet lag.
After taking delivery of its first A350 last last year, SWISS has already operated the aircraft on short/medium-haul European routes before making its first crossing across the Atlantic on its Zurich-Boston route.
