From June 6, Scoot will increase its recently launched route between Singapore and Iloilo from its current twice-weekly schedule to four-times weekly. Services to Cebu will be increased from seven to 10-times weekly from June 24, and Davao from nine to 12-times weekly starting August 30.
Scoot will also increase its flights to both Perth and Sydney. From August 4, the budget airline will increase its flights to Perth from 12 to 14-times weekly. Services to Sydney will be increased from 10 to 14-times weekly from October 5.
Other routes that will see service increases by Scoot include Singapore-Koh Samui (21 to 25-times weekly) from June 24, and Singapore-Taipei-Seoul (five weekly to daily) from August 2.
The newly announced service increases will add to Scoot's flight offerings to support the strong travel demand in the upcoming months.
Since the end of March, Scoot has increased its flights to cities in Indonesia including Jakarta (19 to 25 weekly flights), Denpasar (Bali) with widebody Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft on the 21 weekly flights on the route, and the use of the Airbus A321 aircraft on all seven of its flights to Yogykarta. The 787 has also been used on all flights on its Taipei-Tokyo route, while services to Phu Quoc have increased from five to six weekly flights since April 15.
