Starlux has announced plans to launch regular scheduled flights to Phu Quoc, Vietnam this summer.
In an advisory on its website, Starlux announced its new route from Taipei-Taoyuan to Phu Quoc will start on July 1 with five weekly flights.
Phu Quoc will be Starlux's fourth destination in Vietnam, and the 24th on the airline's overall network. In Vietnam, Starlux currently offers flights to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.
Between Phu Quoc and Taipei, Vietjet currently offers year-round regulary scheduled flights on the route.
