THAI Airways International (THAI) is expanding its network in Mainland China with a new route to Changsha.
From May 10, THAI will operate daily flights between Bangkok Suvarnabhumi and Changsha Huanghua Airport. The outbound flight will depart as TG694 from Suvarnabhumi Airport at 1550H before arriving at Changsha at 2020H. The return flight TG695 will depart Changsha at 2120H before arriving back at Suvarnabhumi at 2345H.
THAI will use its Airbus A321neo aircraft on the new route.
Changsha will be THAI's sixth destination in Mainland China. The airline currently operates flights from its Bangkok Suvarnabhumi hub to Beijing Capital, Shanghai Pudong, Guangzhou Baiyun, Kunming, and Chengdu Tianfu.
Between Bangkok and Changsha, Xiamen Air currently operates flights to Suvarnabhumi Airport while budget carriers Thai AirAsia and Thai Lion Air operates flights to/from Don Mueang Airport.
