Aviation leasing company AerCap Holdings N.V. (AerCap) announced the delivery of the first leased Airbus A321neo to THAI Airways International (THAI).
The new A321neo – registered as D-AZWJ/HS-TOA – is the first of 10 of the narrowbody jets that are scheduled to be delivered to THAI through 2028. Named “Bowonrangsi” (บวรรังษี), the aircraft has a “First A321neo” sticker. Inside, the aircraft is equipped with 175 seats (16 privacy suites in Business and 159 Economy).

"Our relationship with THAI began in the mid-1990s with the lease of Airbus A330-300s and Boeing 737-400s. Since then, we have supported their evolution through periods of transformation, and today we celebrate a revitalized, financially robust airline. With the addition of the new A321neo, THAI's fleet now comprises of around 80 aircraft. Of the 80 aircraft, the airline operates 21 narrowbody A320/A321 family of aircraft.
