British Airways announced it will resume its route between London and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia before year's end.
From November 4, the London-based carrier will operate four weekly flights between London-Heathrow and Jeddah using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
“We have a long history of connecting families, friends and businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with our home in London,” said Colm Lacy, Chief Commercial Officer, British Airways. “There are significant opportunities for businesses in both countries, so we’re pleased we can re-build our connectivity and strengthen links between the two kingdoms.”
With the addition of Jeddah, British Airways will offer flights to two destinations in Saudi Arabia. The airline currently operates daily flights between Heathrow and Riyadh.
