Finnair has announced plans to increase its services to Japan next year with more flights to Tokyo and Nagoya.


As part of its traffic program for winter 2024/summer 2025, Finnair will add an extra flight frequency each to Tokyo-Narita and Nagoya from Helsinki effective March 30, 2025. The added flight frequency will result in an increase from six to seven weekly flights to Narita and two to three to Nagoya.


Airbus A350-900 aircraft will be used on both routes.


With the added flights, Finnair will offer daily flights each to both Tokyo area hubs – Haneda and Narita. Finnair also operates flights to Osaka-Kansai.
