Finnair will boost its flights to Thailand next winter (Northern Winter 2026 – Late October 2026-March 2027), with the resumption of services to Krabi and more flights to Bangkok.
According to Finnair, it will introduce a new daily flight between Helsinki and Bangkok which will arrive at the Thai capital city during the afternoon. The return flight will depart later in the evening and arrive at Helsinki during the early morning.
In addition, Finnair will resume its route between Helsinki and Krabi for the first time since the winter of 2021. The airline will operate two weekly flights on the route – every Monday and Thursday.
"Thailand is undoubtedly one of our most popular long-haul winter destinations. Up to three daily flights to Bangkok meet the ever-growing demand, and the capacity is significant even by European standards. Krabi offers an alternative for Phuket for those looking for a quieter beach holiday," says Perttu Jolma, Vice President of Network management, Finnair.
Combined, Finnair will operate 25 weekly flights to Thailand during the winter 2026 – four more compared to this winter season (Northern Winter 2025).
In addition to Bangkok and Krabi, Finnair will operate five weekly flights to Phuket during the next winter season.
