STARLUX Airlines will expand its network from its second hub at Taichung and its routes to Japan with a new service between Taichung and Sapporo.
STARLUX Airlines will expand its network from its second hub at Taichung and its routes to Japan with a new service between Taichung and Sapporo.
From October 2, STARLUX will operate five weekly flights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) between Taichung and New Chitose Airport. JX318 will depart Taichung at 0900H and arrive at New Chitose at 1355H. The return flight JX319 will depart Sapporo at 1500H before arriving back at Taichung at 1825H.
Airbus A321neo aircraft will be used on the new route.
The new Taichung-Sapporo service will add to STARLUX’s current flights to the northern Japanese city. STARLUX currently operates daily flights to Sapporo from Tokyo Narita.
Sapporo will be STARLUX’s 10th destination from Taichung, and the 7th from the city to Japan. The airline operates flights from Taichung to the following cities: Tokyo Narita, Naha (Okinawa), Takamatsu, Kobe, Miyako-jima (Miyako), Kumamoto, Busan, Macao, Phu Quoc.
