Three of the new routes to be launched by the Vietnam-based budget airline will be to the Philippines all starting on November 10. Three weekly flights each will be operated on the Hanoi-Cebu (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), Ho Chi Minh City-Clark (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), and Ho Chi Minh City-Cebu (outbound every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday/return every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday).


With the addition of the three routes, Vietjet will operate flights to three points in the Philippines. The airline currently operates flights between Hi Chi Minh City and Manila.


From October 25, Vietjet will launch a new direct service from Ho Chi Minh City to Chiang Mai with four weekly flights (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).


The last of the routes to be launched is between Da Nang and Osaka Kansai. From December 20, Vietjet will operate four weekly flights (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). Vietjet currently operates flights from Kansai to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.


Within Vietnam, Vietjet will resume domestic flights from Da Lat to five cities on August 19: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Vinh, and Da Nang.
