Cebu Pacific to resume international flights from Iloilo to Singapore, Bangkok

Cebu Pacific will resume international flights from Iloilo, bringing back its direct flights from the central Philippine city to Bangkok and Singapore.

Both Iloilo-Bangkok Don Mueang and Iloilo-Singapore routes will return on November 23, with the Philippine-based budget carrier operating three weekly flights each on the two routes. Flights on both routes will operate every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while the return flights will operate the following day every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday starting November 24.

For the Iloilo-Bangkok service, the outbound flight 5J5970 will depart Iloilo at 2130H before arriving the following morning at Don Mueang at 0025H. The return flight 5J5971 will depart Donn Mueang at 0125H before arriving back at Iloilo later in the morning at 0610H.

The outbound Iloilo-Singapore flight 5J283 will depart Iloilo at 2250H and arrive the following morning at 0225H in Singapore. The return flight 5J284 will depart at 0325H before arriving back at Iloilo at 0710H.

Cebu Pacific previously suspended international flights from Iloilo due to the impact on global fuel prices due to the conflict in the Middle East. Services from Iloilo to Bangkok were suspended in mid-April, while Iloilo-Singapore flights were suspended in mid-June.

The resumption of the international routes from Iloilo follows Cebu Pacific’s resumption of international services from the southern city of Davaoto both Bangkok and Hong Kong. Services on the Clark-Hanoi and Cebu-Ho Chi Minh City routes will also restart before year’s end.
