Ahead of the resumption of its seasonal winter service to Sapporo, Japan, Philippine Airlines will increase the weekly flights scheduled on the route from three-times weekly to five upon the relaunch of the route on November 23.
Ahead of the resumption of its seasonal winter service to Sapporo, Japan, Philippine Airlines will increase the weekly flights scheduled on the route from three-times weekly to five upon the relaunch of the route on November 23.
According to Philippine Airlines’ website, the two additional flight frequencies will depart every Tuesday and Saturday. The airline originally scheduled the thrice-weekly flights to operate every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Scheduled to be operated between November 23 through March 26, 2027. Departing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the outbound flight PR406 will depart at 0635H and arrive at Sapporo at 1230H. The return flight PR405 will depart Sapporo at 1330H before arriving back at Manila at 1840H. Airbus A321 aircraft will be used on the route.
Sapporo is Philippine Airlines' sixth destination in Japan. The airline also operates flights to Tokyo Narita/Haneda, Osaka Kansai, Nagoya, and Fukuoka from Manila. In addition, direct flights are also offered from Cebu to Tokyo Narita and Osaka Kansai.
