Emirates will deploy its new Airbus A350 aircraft to Kuala Lumpur which will expand the airline’s Premium Economy seats available for those traveling between Dubai and the capital of Malaysia starting September 1.
Emirates will deploy its new Airbus A350 aircraft to Kuala Lumpur which will expand the airline’s Premium Economy seats available for those traveling between Dubai and the capital of Malaysia starting September 1.
The A350 will be deployed on one of Emirates’ three daily Dubai-Kuala Lumpur flights EK344/EK345, replacing the Boeing 777-300ER. With the deployment of the A350, Emirates will feature three aircraft on its flights to Kuala Lumpur including the 777 and the flagship A380 superjumbo.
“Following the successful introduction of our retrofitted Boeing 777 with Premium Economy on EK346/347, we’re delighted to bring our new-generation A350 to Kuala Lumpur,” said Saeed Mubarak, Emirates Country Manager, Malaysia. “Together with our A380 operations, this means customers travelling from Malaysia will have access to all three of our flagship aircraft types, each offering a distinctive Emirates experience.”
Emirates’ A350 features some of the airline’s latest cabin products including 28 Premium Economy seats. Along with the use of the retrofitted 777s, a total of 52 Premium Economy seats will be offered each day on the Dubai-Kuala Lumpur route.
