Qatar Airways will make its return to Tokyo Haneda and Helsinki on July 15, and launch new flights to Caracas, Venezuela and Bogota, Colombia from July.
Qatar Airways will make its return to Tokyo Haneda and Helsinki on July 15, and launch new flights to Caracas, Venezuela and Bogota, Colombia from July.
The Doha, Qatar -based carrier will operate four weekly flights (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday) between Doha and Haneda before a further increase to daily from August 1.
From Doha, QR812 will depart at 0750H and arrive at Haneda at 0005H. The return flight QR813 will depart at 0135H and arrive back at Doha at 0645H.
Complementing the current eight weekly flights to Tokyo Narita, the additional service to Haneda will facilitate onward transfers in Japan for travelers from Europe and the Middle East.
Separately, Qatar Airways will also resume flights to Helsinki with four weekly flights on July 15 before a further increase to daily from August 1.
Round Robin Flight to Caracas and Bogota
Qatar Airways’ new route to Caracas and Bogota will be a twice-weekly (Sunday and Wednesday) round robin flight starting July 22.
QR783 will depart Doha for Bogota at 0730H, arriving at 1605H. After an hour and a half, the flight will then continue on to Caracas arriving at 2040H. It will then depart Caracas heading back to Doha at 2240H, arriving at Doha at 1955H the following day.
Caracas and Bogota will be Qatar Airways’ 15th and 16th destination in the Americas.
